Has a Rest hall place where we can use it when needed.

Has a Rest hall place where we can use it when needed. The staff Abi was friendly, gave relevant info n reminded me of things, etc.

The stackers bed is not so strong, squeaky and shaky, can disturb the one below... Should have at least a simple filtration pot, so we drink at ease. TQ.

Prime location

Nice and affordable place to stay if you’re on a budget. The location is perfect. It’s right next to the metro, buses, food, and 24 hour markets. The staff there was awesome, Abi is a very nice and good guy and will help you as much as you need.

What was the highlight of Urban Hostel

Nice stay

You can have all the things that a solo traveller need. The reception is a friendly and nice guy, who has his own style, at the same time he tries to fulfill all the traveler's need, we feel safe and comfortable to stay in this hostel which little bit different from city center. The kitchen is free of use, nice for cooking some simple things. Free breakfast is simple but nothing to complain. Location is very nice, just next to mrt station, and plenty of food choices near. Vegetarian available. Bed and blanket were very comfortable!

The nearby place compared to other tourist part was a bit messy. At first time, didn't feel that much safe, but also no big problem. After staying, I still consider it a nice place.

good location but have to bare the noise on Friday/Sat/Sun night time till 3am as bar below

noise of the pub below which is next to the room's window. Not recommended on Friday/Sat/Sun night time unless you can only sleep 3am onwards.

Only stayed one night and probably won't rush back

Arrived around 5am and had to wake the guy up to check me in so thank you for getting up

Room was cramped, too many beds and people in there especially with bags. No space to move. Toilet floor was soaked in both bathrooms I went in.

Excellent location, but dirty and stinky!

The Location is very close to the train station and some shops and restautant.

The cleanliness is the primary concern. It is very dirty, the linens were not changed when I arrived and there is rotten fruit under the bed.

Will not stay here again

Only that it’s really close to mrt station other than that nothing is satisfying in this place

Poor hygiene of toilet, lack of clothes hanger in the toilet, even no dustbin inside bedroom, found bed bug on the bed, check in process is not smooth

The guy at the reception is really nice and there’s a lot of food around the area

I got bed bugs in two different beds. Kept complaining and they just change me to another bed. And wash my stuff. Even on the sofas at the chillin area there was bed bugs.

I just like the location just next to MRT station and the...

I just like the location just next to MRT station and the owner hospitality. For solo budget traveler is ok. But no for group of family with elder and children.

The bed was bad, room too thight, and other staff no smile, no hospitality, and no english....

very excellent

our stay at this hostel was very great!accessible to mrt, restaurants,hospital and parks. and special thanks to the receptionist uncle who is very friendly and kind.our rooms are very clean and comfortable, cold aircon, clean beddings, each beds has a socket and lights with lockers.they have kitchennette that you can cook, they have living room and dining area also.it feels like you are at home.two thumbs up to this hostel!
